Deepen your systemic practice through Systemic Ritual, embodiment and ancestral wisdom.
Systemic Ritual is a unique approach to systemic constellations that integrates the wisdom of systemic constellations with Ritual, ancestral resources, embodiment and insights from shamanic traditions.
This professional training is designed for constellation facilitators, coaches, counsellors and therapists who wish to deepen their systemic work and expand their professional toolkit. Rather than focusing solely on understanding a client’s challenge, Systemic Ritual explores what supports healing and resilience. Its primary focus is on reconnecting people with the inner and outer resources that support healing and meaningful change.
Throughout the course, you will learn practical methods that can immediately be integrated into your own work. Every concept is explored through direct experience, movement, Ritual and supervised practice. As a result, you will not only understand the principles intellectually but also embody them in your presence as a facilitator.
If you want to know more about Systemic Ritual, then come and meet me in the easy-to-access ONLINE workshops. You will EXPERIENCE the work.
I won’t tell you a lot about the work, but I will guide you in some practices, so you can really experience what a Systemic Ritual can do. 👉 ONLINE CIRCLES

What is Systemic Ritual?
Systemic Ritual was developed by Daan van Kampenhout as an integration of systemic constellation work and ritual practices inspired by various shamanic traditions.
Like family constellations, a Systemic Ritual begins with a client’s question or life challenge. However, while family constellations often focus on revealing hidden dynamics within a system, Systemic Ritual also asks another important question:
What or who can support this person in taking the next step?
Meet your trainer

Susanne Hazen is a psychologist, systemic facilitator, and author of the Dutch handbook Leerboek Familieopstellingen, with more than twenty years of experience teaching family constellations and Systemic Ritual. She trained extensively with Daan van Kampenhout and has further deepened her work through Ancestral Connections® with Tanja Meyburgh and Sian Palmer. Her teaching combines psychological knowledge, systemic wisdom, embodiment and ritual in a grounded and accessible way.

These resources may take many forms. Depending on the intention of the Ritual, they can include supportive ancestors, healers, power animals, natural forces, or symbolic qualities represented within the ritual space. Each Ritual honours not only the individual but also the wider family, community and cultural systems to which they belong.
Systemic Ritual therefore focuses on connecting clients with supportive resources that strengthen their capacity to meet life’s challenges.

One of the central frameworks within Systemic Ritual is the Wheel of the Four Directions. This ancient model offers a practical map for understanding personal development, life cycles and inner balance. Throughout the training, you will learn how to work with the Wheel as one of the fundamental ground plans for facilitating rituals.

The deepest transformations happen not only when we meet our pain, but also when we reconnect with joy, beauty, creativity, music, movement and dance.
What makes this training unique?
This programme offers much more than learning new techniques.
It is an invitation to develop yourself as a facilitator.
As you progress through the course, you will cultivate the presence, sensitivity and confidence needed to facilitate rituals safely and respectfully. Alongside systemic principles, you will explore themes such as ancestral resources, multiple soul concepts, embodiment, and Ritual.
The programme combines:
* Systemic constellation work
* Ritual
* Embodied learning
* Perspectives from shamanic traditions
* The Wheel of the Four Directions
* Working with supportive ancestors and other resources
* Soul-oriented perspectives from different wisdom traditions
* Supervised practice with real clients
The result is a method that is both deeply grounded and profoundly transformative—for yourself as well as for the people you work with.
For whom is this course?
This training is intended for professionals who already have experience in systemic work, coaching, counselling or therapeutic practice and who wish to deepen their facilitation skills through Systemic Ritual.
Basic knowledge of family constellations is recommended.
For Dutch participants, the Leerboek Familieopstellingen by Susanne Hazen provides an excellent introduction to the foundations of systemic constellation work.
Course Structure
The complete training consists of:
* Four online modules
* Two four-day in-person intensives in Amsterdam
The first online module provides the foundation for the entire programme and is therefore required before joining the other modules. After completing Module 1, the remaining modules may be followed individually and in the order that best suits your own learning path.
Participants who complete all four online modules together with both in-person intensives receive a certificate of completion.
Each module combines theory, experiential learning, ritual practice and opportunities to integrate what you learn into your own professional work.
The Online Modules
Each online module combines theory, experiential learning and supervised practice. The workshops are fully interactive and take place via Zoom. Throughout the programme you will participate in rituals, work in small groups and practise facilitating Systemic Rituals with fellow participants.
Module 1 is the foundation of the training and is required before joining the other modules. After completing this module, you may continue with the remaining modules in the order that best suits your interests and professional development.

👉 Module 3 – Family Themes and Ancestors
👉 Module 4 – Strengthening the Soul
The In-Person Intensives
The two in-person intensives are where the learning truly comes alive.
Over four immersive days, you will deepen the knowledge and skills developed during the online modules through intensive practice, reflection and supervision. Working together in a supportive learning community allows you to embody the principles of Systemic Ritual and develop confidence in your own facilitation.
Each intensive combines experiential exercises, demonstrations, supervision and opportunities to facilitate rituals yourself.
During the afternoons, external clients join the programme. Under the guidance of Susanne Hazen, you will facilitate Systemic Rituals, receive individual feedback and further refine your skills in a real practice setting.
Alongside Systemic Ritual, the intensives also introduce elements of Ancestral Connections®, developed by Tanja Meyburgh and Sian Palmer. This approach complements Systemic Ritual by emphasising embodiment, movement and our relationship with supportive ancestors as sources of wisdom, resilience and belonging.
The combination of online learning and intensive in-person practice creates a rich and integrated learning experience in which knowledge, intuition and embodied presence naturally come together.

How the Online Workshops Work
The online workshops take place via Zoom and are fully interactive.
This is not a series of passive webinars. Every session combines theory with direct experience, allowing you to practise what you learn immediately.
During the workshops you will:
* participate in rituals and experiential exercises
* practise in pairs and small groups
* facilitate rituals for one another
* receive feedback and supervision
* reflect on your experiences with the group
Because the emphasis is on learning through experience, active participation in the live sessions is strongly recommended.
Course Materials
As a participant, you will receive:
* a comprehensive syllabus containing the theoretical background of each module
* access for one year to an online library with descriptions of all rituals taught during the course
* recordings of all online workshops, allowing you to revisit the material at your own pace
The recordings are available exclusively to course participants.
Certification
Participants who complete all four online modules together with both in-person intensives will receive a certificate of completion.
