We will explore the circle of life. We move from the place we once came from and where we will – one day – return.
We journey from this hidden world to birth; we journey again through childhood, adolescence, adulthood, middle age, old age, and the encounter with death.

We will explore these phases using the methods of Systemic Ritual and Ancestral Connections—guided meditative trance dance.

It will be a practical day, during which we will perform many rituals.

Immerse yourself in the music, rhythms, and emotions that guide us on this journey of discovery, rediscovery, and transformation.
